Cheng Zhenglong graduated from college of enology of Northwest A&F University.When asked about his college life,he said,it¡¯s a coincedence.One of his school good friend were willing to apply for agricultural universities.Then he chosed this university.But he was accepted.
Talking about the first time he tasted wine,Cheng Zhenglong said,it¡¯s unforgettbale.It was in his first year in university at the college¡¯s internship winery.He said,¡±It¡¯s too astringent.I thought the wine went bad.I can¡¯t believe foreigners like this kind of drink? With questions,I began to study wine.¡±
Leave school into winery
After gratuation,Cheng Zhenglong came to work in Citic Guoan winery.Two years later,he changed to Gansu Zixuan winery.After nine years,he came to Chateu Guofei.During the process,he grown up from common worker to now chief engineer.He said,he was eager for success,so worked very hard and achieved a lot.He once took overall control of 10,000 tons of winery project and successfully completed.
Enjoy life and wine
As a winemaker,the busiest time is the pressing.Winemakers even should work day and night.Cheng Zhenglou said,it was his most exciting moment.He believed that everyone has their own professions,successful or not depends on whether you like.If you like your work,then you can be successful.Winemaker was the same.
For a good wine,he said its color can cheer people,aromas attract people and taste could satisfy them.He hate too much interventions,which are sacrifice of quality.
