Work in Sunyard

Shi Yunpeng said,he love wines and the wine industry,because he likes nature.Love started when  he tasted wines in his grandpa’s.At that time,he was a high school student. So later he determined to study in a wine university.

Before Sunyard winery,he worked in several wine regions,Ningxia,Gansu,Yanqi Basin,Manas,Yili and Kashgar.But he didn’t find a good platform to seek his wine dreams until he found Sunyard winery. The winery not only had a good team,but standard enterprise management.

After joing Sunyard,Shi Yunpeng said what he wanted to do now is enrich his life and wine philosophy.He believed that he can make the typical Xinjiang wines with cultural concept,rich winemaking experience,and natural attitude.They treat vines and wines as their babies.They are not only growers,winemakers but natural followers.

Sunyard winery pays attention to talents.In Sunyard,gold will glitter forever.As a youngman,he was inspired by his president and taught by general manager and techinical director.He was grateful for that.

Dream in Sunyard

Shi Yunpeng has a great dream:to do some contributions to Chinese wines as a new generation of winemaker,to pass the healthy philosophy,to form Chinese own unique wine culture,make special wines and make an effort to Chinese wine culture.Wine is a new industry in China,so it’s has a long way to go and lots of things to do.As a new generation of Chinese winemaker,Shi Yunpeng shoulders more responsibilities.
　　

For a good wine,Shi Yunpeng has his own understandings.”Good wines not only provide perfect enjoyment,but behind stories and tied spirit make the wine with its own styles and features.Just as Sunyard wines’ free and open style.”

For winemaking,he said,”Different sites have different terroirs.We respect nature and the terroir.One of the most important thing for winemaking is to make wines can reflect terroirs.Good wine is not just need have good quality.Most of the time,we pass a kind of concept,culture,and life to people through it.But how? That’s what winemakers should think about.That’s the ultimate mission of winemakers.”

At last he said,“When you concentrate on something and believe in yourself,you will become stronger.In Xinjiang Sunyard Winery,wine gives me such kind of feelings,because of this land,people living here and my dream.”
