On 2014 Helan Mountain International Wine Expo¡¯s Ningxia World Winemakers Challenge (2012 vintage), Chateau Yuhuang¡¯s red and white wines,made by its chief winemaker David,both won the first place.
After silver awards from Decanter and Beijing International Grape Conference,Chateau Yuhuang again achieved good results on 2014 Helan Mountain International Wine Expo.
David Tyney graduated from Australia Adelaide University in 1997.And in 2004,he got viticulture and oenology master degree from New Zealand Lincoln University.He has rich wine making experience in Canada,New Zealand and China.Currently, he operates a company called Viscosity in New Zealand as winemaker. Meanwhile,he is the chief winemaker of Ningxia Chateau Yuhuang.
