                                      In march,the weather in Changlai region was getting warmer.The average lowest temperature above 5 degrees and the highest temperature at about 19 degrees. So it's good time for deburying work.Most chateaux started the busy work in their vineyards.
                                
                            
                            
                                
Liu He Shan Zhuang 
 
On March 25th,Liu He Shan Zhuang winery in Lulong region started the work,which was four or five days earlier than last year.It was among the first,other wineries would be in serveal days later.

Chateau Renxuan in Fu Ning
 
Chateau Jinshi in Changli and Chateau Renxuan in Funing both started on March 29th.For Chateau Jinshi,it's the same time as last year and would be finished in a week.Chateau Renxuan would be in early April.Changli Moutai winery and Lulong Chateau Kaiyu would started the debury work during Tomb-Sweeping Day(April 4th).

At present,the debury work in Changli region is mostly done by labor.Several chateaux like Chateau Renxuan will use machine.Jiang Mingliang,head of vineyard management of Chateau Jinshi said,"While using the machine,vine branches would be easily damaged.So the labor will be more flexible and fine in some ways,but the cost become a issue."He said,Chinese wineries need further improvement in breeding new varieties and cultivation management.
