Responsibilities：
1.responsible for follow up on All Sales person and sales Channels reporting/ analyzing / and following
2.Responsible for Stock lists and reports and updates
3.responsible for CRM and Issuing All orders
4.updating Product Catalogue
5.product presentations
6.products verification with Logistics
7.Communication with local warehouse and logistics suppliers
8.Follow up on import procedures/ import taxes/ product registration/ Back labels
9.issuance tax Inovices / with Finance department
10.Balance of Distributors and HoReCa channels with Finance department
11.Monthly AR and AP with Finance department
Requirements：
1.Chinese and English spoken and written perfect
2.High level Excel/ PPT/ word / and computer
3.familiar with Chinese social media
4.Experience in wine - advantage / not obligatory
5.Familiar with accounting- advantage / not obligatory
6.familiar with import / export -
7.advantage / not obligatory
