Winemaker Julien introduced Taila's whole project plan and its pioneering "private vineyard" development model.After visting the cellar,they dined in swan lake bar and tasted Taila's 2016 vintage wines,including Chardonnay,Viognier,master calss dry white and late harvest Petit Manseng.Paired with Taila's specialty dishes,the students were impressed by those wine's elegance aromas and good structure!
During the end,the president Chunmeng Chen gave a speech.He said China had many good terroirs,hope Taila have left them deep impressions.He said China wine's market was very large,hope they can often come to China for communication.
The students said they like China and Taila.Taila's wines,architecture and new business model all impressed them. They're confident about Taila's future.
