On Nov.29th,2015 Coastal Fresh Wine Festival opened in Beijing Xinqiao Novotel Hotel.After 12 judges tasting,32 wines of 2015 vintage from 24 Chinese wineries in different regions won awards.
More than 70 people attended the event,including winemakers from China's different wine regions,industry experts as well as wine journalists.On the bottle opening ceremony,the guests opened first bottle of China's 2015 vintage wines.
The new vintage wine tasting in each year is an important part of Coastal Fresh Wine Festival.The event attracts many Chinese wineries since its launching.Wineries send their news wines of the year for expert's review.They are judges of China Fine Wine Challenge and senior winemakers."What about this vintage,are there some defects,how to deal with it in after period,is it better for fresh fruity wine or aged wine?" From the tasting,winemakers will have some answers.
Someone said the Coastal Fresh Wine Festival is the touchstone of testing and improving wine's quality. Many awarded wines on our fresh wine festival have excellent performance on the next year's wine competitions both at home and abroad.
