On the opening ceremony,Lian Ji,Gansu Provincial Party Committee,Director of the Propaganda Department of a Provincial Party Committee proclaimed its open.Li Zhixun,tha mayor of Gansu hosted the ceremony.He introduced the agendas.

Huo Fenghuang,Party secretary of Wuwei city first delivered a speech.He noted that,Wuwei had a long history of wine culture,with unique natural conditions.The city has about 17,333 hectares of wine grape bases,which accounts for 13% and 84% of national and provincial area.The region has developed several famous and key wine enterprises like Mogao,Weilong,Zixuan.

Chen Ping,Sub-inspector of Market operation and promote consumption department of commerce said in his speech,the wine industry includes the primary ,secondary and tertiary industries.In carrying out Xi Jinping,the general secretary's  wise decision of the new silk road economic belt,the hexi corridor organic wine industry  represented by Wuwei will inherit tradition,make innovation,lead demands and move toward international.

Liu Zhi,vice director of China food industry association said,as long as Wuwei and Hexi corridor wine producers band together,it can have a place in the national and international wine worlds.

The Commercial counsellor of Spanish embassy commercial counsellor's office said he believed that Hexi corridor would be an important part in world wines.He has seen great potential of the rapid development of Chinese wine industry in Wuwei.Currenty,some foreign enterprises has built wineries in Hexi corridor.With the lead of governemnt,he believed that Gansu Wuwei wine industry would achieve tremendous improvement.

At last,Li Rongcan, vice governor,director of provincial wine industry development leadership team said,China has put forward a strategic vision of constructing the silk road economic belt,Gansu is an important part of silk road economic belt.So he sincerely hope the wine festival can offer a good platform for multi-level and all-round communications.
