On May 23rd,A dozen of food and wine media representatives attended the launching ceremony of China¡¯s first Biodynamics Project in Chateau Nubes.
On the promotion event,Guo Yang,from China National Research Institute of Food and Industries Wine Research Development Center announced the strategic partnership program among the wine research development center,China agricultural university wine institute and Chateau Nubes.The three parties would work together to establish trial bases in Chateau Nubes and develop the first bottle of Chinese biodynamic wines.
Located in junction between Hebei Huailai and Beijing Yanqing,Chateau Nubes was founded in 1998.Since its foundation,the winery pays special attention to ecology and natural environment conservation.Annual yield about 40,000 bottles of wines.
