Ningxia grape and wine standards committee was founded on April 18th.The Management Committee of the Ningxia Helan Mountain East Foot Grape Industry Zone awarded certificates for 63 industry people as committee members,including local wine industry researchers,winemakers,wine engineers and colledge professors.
In the next five years,the committee will mainly focus on brand cultivation,quality improvement and standard construction to creat whole industrial chain standard system of variety,seedling breeding,cultivation management,brewing process,marketing,qualtiy supervison,and environmental protection¡£
With 30 years of development,Ningxia grape industry has made great achievements, especailly in recent 5 years. The local governments pay high attention to the grape industry has made over 20 technical standards,laws and regulations,from region protection,nursery stock introduction and breeding,vineyard management to chateau construction,winemaking and wine sale.
