The 15th China¡¤Huailai Grape & Wine Festival opened on September 5th,which will last to October 7th.During this period,organizers held many colorful activities.
Yanhuai Valley¡¤Shacheng Region Wine Competition is an important part of this festival.It was the first professional and influential wine competition held in Shacheng region.
Dong Jixian,head of Huailai Wine Bureau said,the competition integrated all Shacheng wineries and their wines.I¡¯s not only helpful for improving premium wine¡¯s reputation, the brand image,also industry communication.Meanwhile,it can improve staff¡¯s technical and scientific knowledge as well as the transmission of wine culture.
Totally 19 wineries joined in the competition.After intense preliminary and final competition,12 wine judges selected 7 Golds,8 Silvers,9 Bronzes,1 Best participation,and 3 Best winemakers.And selected 2 star Chateaux and 4 attractive Chateaux according to their products,service,consumer rating and social service.
