Nignxia wine region will enforce wine quality safety traceability system this year.
Ningxia Development Bureau for Grape and Flower Industry said,In this year,it will enforce quality safety traceability system for wines made in the eastern foot of helan mountain region,including classified wineries,national famous brand wineries,and those won gold and silver medals on 2013 eastern foot of helan mountain international wine exposition.

It is reported that under supervision of relevant departments and units,the bureau will guide wineries establish the whole process quality safety traceability system from grape planting,winemaking,storage,packaging,transportation and marketing.A specialist will responsible for all the data collection and preservation. Also it will promote QR code technology for consumers to check detailed wine information and ecourage wineries creat their own website.
