In the past six months,there were many wine competitions both at home and abroad.We heard many good news from the wineries.Among these wineries,I especially want to talk about our PUCUI Alliance wineries.
Chateau Hedong is located in Shizuishan city in Ningxia eastern foot of helan mountain region.The winery now have 2600 mus (about 173.3 hectares)of grape bases,some grape vines are over 50 years old.Let¡¯s first have a look at its awards.

It was on 2012 Yantai International Wine Festival,I got acquainted with its owner Gong Jie. At that time,he just took charge of winery¡¯s management.So he came to Yantai for wine research and study.He then dined in our best wine cellar,but there were many people here,he didn¡¯t leave much impression on me.And I knew little about the winery either.What I knew was that it¡¯s an old winery,with some old vines,because of poor operation,it¡¯s always losing money.Then Gong Jie purchased the winery on December 2010.

On 2013 China Fine Wine Challenge, Hedong won its first medal. A gold medal just after Gong Jie¡¯s take over,so I doubted and decided to visit this winery.When we arrived,the winery was in construction.Gong Jie gave us a warm welcome,though at that time he didn¡¯t know much about wine,he told me about his big plans.And I knew the medal meant a lot to him!
Maybe it was because Gong Jie¡¯s wine passion moved me or my hopes for this emerging winery,I visited the winery several times with some wine experts and delegations after my first visit.During this time,I also witnessed Gong Jie¡¯s big progresses.Now he can introduce its vineyards and wines to us.In a year¡¯s time,how much efforts he devoted to the winery?He didn¡¯t talked much about that.But about winery¡¯s development planning,cultural development and team building,we discussed a lot.After a half year¡¯s communication,I¡¯ve already familiar with this winery.I was greatly moved by him and his team. In Chinese wine industry,there is such a group of people with aims,don¡¯t you get moved?
