Sino-French Joint-Venture Dynasty Winery Ltd Established in 1980, we, Sino-French Joint-Venture Dynasty Winery Ltd. are the second Chinese-foreign joint venture ever set up in China and also the first one in Tianjin. The Joint-Venture was created by The Chinese government, in association with the French brandy producer, Remy-Martin, and Hongkong International Trade and Technology Investigation Organization In 1980, we produced 100,000 bottles of wine. By 1998, the company had become the largest wine producer in Asia, increasing production to 22.46 million bottles of wine and brandy. In 2002, our total production of wines and brandies reached 35 million bottles. Quality has been our philosophy since the establishment of the Joint-Venture. In 1996, we obtained the certificate of ISO9002. In 2000, we obtained the certificate of ISO9001:2000 and the certificate of 14001 as well. Our wines have been awarded fourteen international gold medals. After having won the gold medals 3 years straight, we were awarded the ¡°Trophy of International High Quality¡± at the 30 th Brussels International Wine/Liquor Appraisal Conference. Dynasty wines have been designated for the State Banquet use, and also used by about by about 170 China's embassies and Consulates around the world for years. We are exporting our wines and brandies to over twenty countries and regions including U.S.A., Canada, U.K, Germany, France, Swiss, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macao, etc. We are doing our best to supply consumers worldwide with high quality wines and brandies from the ancient China.
This dry red wine is made from the world-noted grape ¡ª ¡®Cabernet Sauvignon' grown in Jixian Vineyards of Tianjin by applying traditional winemaking technology of Bordeaux. The grapes are handpicked at the peak of their maturity. After being carefully selected, de-stemmed and broken, they are fermented on skins in stainless steel tanks of controlled temperature £¨ 26 £28 ¡æ£© Ruby red in color and crystal clear in appearance, rich in grape flavor and wine bouquet, this wine is well-balanced, smooth and soft with a round and full body and long finish.
This extra dry white wine is made from selected Muscat, Italian Riesling and Chardonnay grapes grown in the coastal area of Tianjin. The grapes are handpicked at their optimum maturity and fermented in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control (12 to 20 ¡æ ). Pale yellow with slight green in color, crystal clear in appearance, fruity, refreshing and perfect in taste, well balanced and full bodied. It has a typical aroma of Muscat. Dynasty Extra Dry and Medium Dry White Wines are ideal table wines. Dynasty White Wines when taken with seafood like fish, shrimps, crabs, etc. Enhances the delicious taste of these delicacies, while at the same time, it expresses its own best quality to the maximum.
Dynasty Sparkling Wine ( Method Champenoise )
Dynasty Sparkling Wine is made from Chardonnay and Italian Riesling grown in the coastal region of Tianjin by applying French Champagne-making technology. The first fermentation is in tank (or barrel), and the second fermentation is in flask, then the wine is stored inside flasks for over 2 years. The wine has a bright and crystal-clear appearance, sharp, fruity, perfect and refreshing in taste, solid and full bodied in character that found in good French Champagne. Poured into a glass, it yields a chain of clear, fine, rising small bubbles which will remain for some time in the glass. The carbon-dioxide pressure in the bottle is between 3.5-5.5 kg/sq cm. It is best to drink between 6-8 ¡æ . |
