In light of the difference of language, you probably need help from a specialized Chinese company in communicating the relevant information about your products and your company, such as what are your products? What are the features of your products? Where is your company? In particular, your trademark or your product name should have a good Chinese name so that it is easy to be accepted by Chinese consumers. We can help you on the following:

• Introduction of your wines, with pictures if requested
• Introduction of your company
• Advertisement promotion on www.winechina.com and China Wine Information magazine

If you would like to provide wine samples, and have the samples tested by China’s authoritative body and tasted by wine experts, you need to provide your relevant certificates (English or Chinese), product pictures, qualification certificate of your company and your status of your operation at least in quadruplicates.

★ Sample distribution

If you have determined to enter Chinese market, the second step is to select potential customers. We can help you and recommend you a number of customers by our experience of years in this industry. Sending the samples and ad materials you supplied to target customers and feed back to you (tasting results, purchase intentions, etc.). Regarding the ways of sending materials, you can send them directly, or let us do it for you.

★ Recommending target customers

It’s the third step. After the samples and materials have been sent, you need to know whether or not they have been sent to the hands of decision makers, what their opinions are and if they have an intention of purchase or not. We can provide you the details of the contacts of the target customers and the related materials.

3. Charges and fees

• advertisement fees (including translation fees and page making fees if needed ) .If you would like to do the ad promotion on other website or magazine in China, we can recommend.
• 150 Euros per sample for testing if requested
• Charges for the target customers and their materials based on your requirements
• A 3% commission will be charged if the deal between you and a customer succeeds
