6 al 9 giugno si terr¨¤ a Montesilvano in Abruzzo un¡¯interessante
manifestazione, il cui l¡¯obiettivo ¨¨ quello di approfondire temi, ¡°di
cui tutti parlano, ma che ben pochi conoscono¡±, riguardanti il mondo
enologico cinese. Tre
saranno gli argomenti principali: 1-
¡°Sughero e non¡±: un confronto oggettivo tra le caratteristiche e
le peculiarit¨¤ dei tappi di sughero e quelle delle chiusure sintetiche; 2-
¡°L¡¯enologia sulla rotta di Marco Polo¡±: un approfondimento
sugli aspetti legati alla produzione del vino in Cina e sulle potenzialit¨¤
del mercato; 3-
¡°I prezzi tra produzione e consumo¡±: un¡¯analisi sulla
differenza tra prezzo alla produzione e prezzo al consumo. Il
congresso si concluder¨¤ con una degustazione guidata dei maggiori vini
cinesi.

remarkable event will be held from the 6th to the 9th
of June in Montesilvano (Abruzzo) - its aim being to closely examine themes
that are ¡°widely debated yet understood by few¡± regarding the Chinese
oenological field. The
most important arguments will be three: 1-
¡°Corks V alternative closures¡±: an independent comparison between
the characteristics and peculiarities of cork stoppers and synthetic
closures; 2-
¡°Oenology on the route of Marco Polo ¡±: a deep examination on the
wine production aspects and the market potential in China; 3-
¡°Price at production V price at consumption¡±: analysing the
difference between production price and consumption price. A
guided tasting of the best Chinese wines will close the congress. ¡¡ |
